We ship products throughout Greece and Cyprus using the ELTA Courier service or using a transport company depending on the volume of the package and the region.

The orders that we accept on working days until 16:00 are processed on the same day, thus achieving their delivery within 24-48 hours in Greece. Delivery times may vary for inaccessible areas and some island destinations.

The orders we accept on Friday after 16:00 and during the weekend, are processed next Monday.

When there are problems in the country's road network as well as severe weather conditions, there may be delays in deliveries.

To avoid any inconvenience, we suggest you to check carefully during the delivery of your order the condition of the products and the intactness of their packaging, in order to detect any obvious defects (eg broken goods, wrong item, etc.).

Shipping charges:

To send the order throughout Greece, the following applies:

- For purchases over € 100.00, shipping is free.

- For purchases under € 100.00 the initial charge for shipping is € 3.72 plus € 1.24 for the cash on delivery service. (In case your parcel is bulky, the price is adjusted according to the volumetric policy of Elta Courier)

Collection from TECHNOMAT stores

In case you have chosen to receive your order from a physical TECHNOMAT store, you will be notified by phone or via email by our partners to receive the order from the central cash registers of the store of your choice.

Your order will be available in the specific store for 5 working days from your information.

In case you do not receive your order within 5 days, your order will be canceled.

For large volume and heavy products there may be changes in shipping.

There may be an additional charge for delivery in inaccessible areas.
