At you have the right to change / return all or part of your order without having to tell us the reason why you want the products returned, within 14 calendar days from the date you receive it. In case the reason for your return concerns a mistake of our company, we undertake to bear the cost of returning the product, provided that the return will be made with the same company that delivered the order to you. To exercise the right of withdrawal you must state your intention by phone or email and our partner will give you the appropriate instructions.

Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, ie they have not been unsealed or their packaging has been damaged and must be accompanied by a retail receipt, change card, or purchase invoice. The return is made at the expense and responsibility of the customer. The right of exchange / return concerns the entire purchased product and can not be exercised on only a part of the product (eg on product accessories).

TECHNOMAT reserves the right to reject returns sent or notified after the return deadline or returns of items that are not in the same condition as they were when they were received.

The amount that will be credited to your cart after the return of the product will be proportional to the price charged to you when purchasing the product (after deducting the shipping costs in case the reason for the return is not a mistake of our company).

It takes 7 working days to process the request and make the credit entry in your cart. The customer will be notified by email at his email address or by phone as soon as the change / return request has been fully processed.

In case of return of a product / products according to the above, and if you choose the return of the paid amount and not the change of the product with another of equal or greater value, if the order was paid by credit card, the refund will be made to the debited credit card within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product, while in case the order was paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be made within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product, credited to the account of which you are the beneficiary, and which you will indicate and notify us in writing.

In case the order is proven to be executed incorrectly by the company, ie in case of delivery of an item other than the one ordered by type or quantity or in case during delivery the item is completely or for the most part damaged, or in case If the item is defective, the customer must either not accept the receipt of the product from the beginning, or request replacement with the product originally ordered or another up to the amount of the price paid, or request a refund of the price paid.

In the event that the item you received is found to be defective, the product must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt and accompanied by the retail sales receipt or purchase invoice. If the period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt has passed, our company has the right not to accept the return and therefore to refuse the replacement.
