Autonomous Thermal Differential Detector BS-665 230VAC
The autonomous heat differential detector gives a quick warning in case the temperature in the covered area exceeds the risk limit for causing a fire. Specifically, when the temperature rise is greater than 5C per minute then its built-in buzzer is activated and stops operating when the temperature rise falls below 5C.
- The detector is also activated if the temperature exceeds 60C. It is made with a relay (5Asta 220V), and an output terminal of the switch contact, which closes when the detector is activated.
- It is placed near the place where the temperature is most likely to rise in case of fire and at a distance of less than 2m in the covered area and away from air currents and places where there may be water or other liquids.
- It covers an area of 25-30 sq.m. and is used in kitchens, electric ovens, boiler rooms, garages and generally wherever there will be an increase in temperature in case of fire.
