The Optex HX80N is a state-of-the-art, wired external curtain motion detection sensor, to which some unique technological solutions have been applied. The HX-80Ns are mounted at a height of between 2.5 and 3 meters and provide a narrow volumetric detection of outdoor intrusions at a maximum distance of up to 24m. The HX-80N series is ideal for protecting hallways, areas along fences or areas directly within reach of a building. It is designed to distinguish between humans and small to medium-sized animals, greatly reducing the risk of false alarms.
