WRM 483 CEM COAT is a fine-grained cement mortar reinforced with special resins, quartz sand and other special additives. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use in concrete. It works easily and leaves a smooth finish, with high abrasion resistance, very good adhesion to the substrate, ready for painting.

Application Steps

Step 1

First ensure that the application surface is stable, clean and free of dust, grease, loose foreign matter, salts, oils and other contaminants

Step 2

Remove loose debris such as old peeled paint, old plaster, etc.

Step 3

Wet the substrate thoroughly before applying WRM 483 CEMCOAT

Step 4

In a clean container with 7lt water, gradually add the contents of the 25Kg bag, stirring well.

Step 5

Apply with a spatula in 1 to 2 coats with a maximum thickness of 5mm

Step 6

Rub by hand or sander after it is completely dry
